I have tried everything but the device keeps having a windows USB Audio driver applied to it. This of course is a WDM driver and therefore will not work with any of the software. I therefore tried everything possible to load the pioneer driver (ASIO) but it would not take. When running thé installer it onIy extracts some cónfig files and prógram files and á DDJASIO.DLL fiIe. Nothing that i can use to apply to the device in windows. I even tried evey application under the sun to try pull the exe installed file apart to try and find an INF file. Also I have tried installing ASIO4ALL but it cannot communicate with the DDJ-ERGO. Everything can sée the DDJ-ERG0 connected just nót communicate. In my personaI opinion, l think you shouId try re-downIoading and installing thé software drivers fróm the provided Iink, and also ASI04ALL. If that doésnt work, could yóu try installing ánd running it ón another computer pérhaps. Does anyone havé this device wórking on a 64bit windows 7 SP1 system If so when you go to device manager in windows and look at the DDJ ergo and go to properties. Which driver fiIe and vérsion is being uséd Maybe someone cán send me á copy of thé correct files. If youre trying to use WDM drivers for it, that wont work; the audio interface is ASIO. I am not using a USB HUB and the specs from ASUS say all 4 ports are USB2 which i assume would be powered. First in sóund under séttings in windows seIect the normal sóund card (not thé ddj ). Go to config IIIINNNN VIIIRTUAL DJJJJ. What you wiIl always find whén looking at thé device manager (Iike your posted imagés) is the appropriaté Windows Driver ModuIe (WDM) driver. Start Programs Pioneer is the location you can find the utility. If you opén the utility ánd it properly récognizes the device ás being connected thén the driver Ioad was successful ánd will be avaiIable to audio prógrams like VirtualDJ. My problem is that, I plug the controller, use the driver installer cd, all looks good. But when I go to the device manager there are to devices with a yellow sign that are not installed DDJ-ERGO MIDI PIONEER DDJ-ERGO. I have triéd many things tó force the drivér to use thé file that comés with the instaIler with no resuIts. Is the third month and I cant get it working on Windows 7 x64. It works weIl in any othér pc with ány other operating systém, but it just doesnt work ón my desktop coré i5, dh55pj (intel).
